2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

5. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed based on your original payment method:

6. Cancellation Policy

6.2 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Access until subscription end date
  • 30 days to export your data
  • All generated reports & receipts

  • Data deleted after 30 days
  • Android app access revoked

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. To avoid charges:

  • Monthly Plans: Cancel at least 3 days before renewal
  • Annual Plans: Cancel at least 7 days before renewal

7. Free Trial Policy

  • Full access to all features

  • No obligation to purchase
  • Data preserved if you subscribe

After free trial ends:

  • If you don't subscribe, account becomes inactive
  • Data is preserved for 30 days
  • You can subscribe anytime to reactivate

8. Special Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy in the following cases:

Service Outage

If our service is down for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of the 30-day window.

Medical Emergency

In case of documented medical emergencies affecting institute operations, we'll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Natural Disasters

Institutes affected by natural disasters may request special consideration for refunds outside normal policy.

Institute Closure

If your institute permanently closes, we'll provide a pro-rated refund for unused subscription period.
